This group is newly arrived in Oakhurst ? and has a University within the County of Whiteoak ? in the Barony of Silverlake ?. They are extremely competent and helpful persons, yet they remain humble and are thankful of every kindness shown to them. Though their guidelines are rigid, they are easy enough to follow for those who are or wish to be redeemers of the wicked and aid to those in need.

The Order strives to follow the example of Sir Richard Marcus, founder of the Order and City State of New Calthaya, a place far distant from the lands of County Whiteoak and the Kingdom of Evendarr. You will find them reading their "Journal of Richard Marcus" when they have free time- a book which contains their Code (far more restrictive that the Evendarrian Code of Chivalry) as well as the tale of the founding of the Order.

The University was granted by Baron Alandreth Silverlake a few years ago and teaches literacy and life skills to those who cannot fend for themselves. A main teaching of Richard Marcus' is that no matter what one has done in the past, they should be given opportunity to redeem themselves in an appropriate fashion.

While not of Noble title in the lands of Evendarr, this group is a knightly order and if permitted will call each other by the prefix "Sir" or "Dame"- if not permitted by local authority, they will call each other "Brother" or "Sister".
