Repel - Jondar's Force of Repulsion
Level 2 – Celestial, Earth
"With mystic force I Repel you."

This spell requires the caster to hit a target and hold the hand used to throw the magica aura palm out, facing the recipient. The victim and the caster must then stay at least 10 feet apart while the spell is in effect.

When the spell is first cast, the target must move 10 feet away from the caster. After that, neither the target or the caster may approach within 10 feet of each other; the caster cannot approach the target any eaiser than the target may approach the caster. Either could back away.

If it is impossible for the target to move more than 10 feet away from the caster because of physical obstructions when the spell is cast, the caster must first attempt to move 10 feet away from the target.

The caster must hold out a hand, palm out, towards the target. That hand cannot be used for any other purpose.

This spell is not a charm effect and cannot be resisted with the racial ability to resist charm.
