Scavenger is a generic term used for humanoids with mundane animal-like characteristics (rat, badger, skunk, dog). Wolven are an example of a more advanced and civilized scavenger culture, as are the supposed Draconis scavengers.

Typically scavengers do not understand the concept of possessions as do the other races. They will take what they need and share what they don’t. In exchange, they of course expect others to give them what they need when they need it.

Scavengers are very hardy survivors on the fringe of civilization are often resistant to poisons. They also typically have superior scenting abilities.
